  • Atlanta Moves from 11th to 10th Largest Metro Area   Posted March 24, 2010

    The 2010 U.S. Census totals won't be available for another couple years, but recent projections, reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution show that Atlanta's metro area is now among the most populous 10 cities in the country.

    Too bad that all U.S. metro area library systems, including Atlanta's, are undergoing the increasingly corrosive effects of recession-driven budget cuts.
