Dear Staff:
One of our most dedicated and publicly visible staff members has elected
to retire after more than thirty years of service to the Library, her
profession, and the community: our esteemed Deputy Director, Mrs.
Carolyn L. Garnes.
Please join us in wishing her health and happiness as she celebrates
her retirement and takes this exciting journey into her new life.
