Reading the other comments about Susan Earl's departure made me reflect on all
those useless assignments she handed out, such as having me revise workplans for
staff who were about to be transferred to different units with completely different
duties. And then all the derision and condescension she sent my way came rushing
back and that little knot formed in my stomach again. But I stopped. It's over. I don't
have to experience that any more. At least that part of my experience at Central is
really, really over.
